This is to all who are thinking of buying their next home through Ronda Densford. There are not enough nice words to say about this woman. I am a young, first time buyer, who had a lot of stipulations and needs for my new home. I had a strict budget, needed a good deal of space, and had specific areas in mind. I was also trying to catch the first time homebuyer credit before it ended. I started looking with Ronda several months ago, and she was a blessing. She worked tirelessly to find something that would fit my almost impossible demands,LOL, and what we found in the end was nothing short of amazing. It was her amazing diligence that found me the perfect new home, when it had not even been on the market for 1 full day. I bid on that home, and can now say that I happily reside in my new home. Ronda was able to find something that not only fit all my demands, (price, size and area), but the home came with a few buyer perks as well. As a first time buyer I had many questions and Ronda always made sure that they were answered. She always made sure that I was not trying to get duped by the seller, and never tired of my relentless emails. She was fun, energetic, and upbeat. This is a woman that crosses all t's and dots her i's. Ronda definately made this homebuying experience and good one, and stayed with me from beginning to end.
